I filled everything out and figured it would take a while, but I heard back way faster than I expected. My prescription got approved much quicker than it usually does when I go through my regular doctor, which was really convenient. The process was simple and didn’t feel like a huge hassle. That said, it did feel almost a little too quick, so I had mixed feelings about it, but overall it worked out fine

I needed to do a refill the other day while I was sitting at the kitchen table with my coffee, and the whole process was super quick. I wasn’t expecting much, but it was straightforward and didn’t take long at all.

redboxrx ended up saving me money compared to what I usually pay at my local pharmacy. I was going to say the site was super simple, well, it was easy to figure out, and shipping was totally fine. Overall, I think it was worth it for the price.

I’d probably give it 4 stars. The medical questionnaire on redboxrx.com was easy to follow and didn’t take too long to get through. Most of the questions made sense right away, though there were one or two I had to reread just to be sure I was answering correctly. Nothing major though, and overall the process was simple and went smoothly.

I appreciated that RedBox Rx just showed me the price right away, because I really don’t like having to click through a whole process wondering what the total is going to turn into. It was just there, clear from the start, and then when I got to checkout there weren’t any random fees or weird add-ons suddenly showing up, which was a relief.

I’ve used other sites where everything seems fine until the very end and then the price changes, and it’s just annoying. This felt a lot easier, like okay, this is what it costs, this is what I’m paying, done. Simple and clear, which is really all I wanted.

I care about privacy, which is why I was interested in this, but I can’t really review something I haven’t had a chance to use yet. I was expecting clearer instructions on how to get started or what to do next, so for now I can’t say much beyond that.

Looking back, the plan was straightforward and easy enough to follow. I don’t remember running into any real issues, aside from having one small question along the way

The provider was professional and did answer my questions, so I don’t want to make it sound like anything went wrong. I guess I just felt like some of the responses were a little short, maybe rushed? It’s possible I was expecting more explanation than usual, but it didn’t feel very personal. Overall it was fine and I got what I needed, I just would’ve appreciated a bit more warmth and bedside manner.

The delivery showed up right on time, which is exactly what customers like us appreciate. It’s nice knowing it’s consistent and arrives when expected

It did end up working for me and I felt better eventually, but I was frustrated with how long it took to kick in. I kept wondering if it was even going to help. Once it finally started working, though, it did what I needed...
